By accessing or using the BikeRent Pro website ("Site") and our bike rental services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.
BikeRent Pro provides bicycle rental services through our website and physical locations. By renting a bicycle from us, you agree to the following:
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID to rent a bicycle. You must also provide a valid credit card for the security deposit.
The rental period begins at the time you take possession of the bicycle and ends when the bicycle is returned to an authorized BikeRent Pro location.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your rental, including but not limited to rental fees, late fees, damage fees, and any applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change without notice.
As a renter, you agree to the following responsibilities:
You may not use our bicycles for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
You are responsible for any damage to the bicycle during your rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Damage fees will be assessed based on repair costs.
You are responsible for the bicycle until it is returned to an authorized BikeRent Pro location. If the bicycle is stolen or lost, you must report it to local authorities and BikeRent Pro immediately.
BikeRent Pro is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from your use of our bicycles. You ride at your own risk.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. No refunds will be given for early returns.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BikeRent Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
